PRESS RELEASE FROM UNITE THE UNION, GRIMSBY

Just a few weeks to save the NHS in North East Lincolnshire!

"If only the public knew about the implications for their NHS", was just one comment made by a nurse at a packed meeting of union members on Tuesday evening.

NE Lincs Care Trust Plus are planning to ballot by the end of August on two options for the provision of care services in the area. The one option unanimously favoured by the staff is to retain employment within the NHS, but that's not an option on the table.
